In honor of my ginger

There was no question in my mind when I learned that we had to make an alter of who it would be of. My altar is in honor of my little sister. She means more to me then anything else in this world, so I thought it only appropriate to honor her.

 The first thing I put on it were photos. I picked these because they’re my favorites, especially the one to the left. She’s the adorable (slightly demonic) looking one in the front while I hold the umbrella behind her.

 This photo is my favorite of us so it gets a special place on the upper part of the altar. I also put a Tim McGraw and Glee cd on it because we both love them. The next thing that’s traditionally on an altar is flowers. Now since I’m a broke college student I can’t afford flowers. Besides she deserves something way more awesome then flowers. So I made a bouquet out of sporks. Sporks were always very special to us as kids. We thought of them as the ultimate utensil.

 Traditionally there is food on the altar. I decided to put Nerds on it since they’re our favorite candy. I set the table with sporks where other utensils would usually be since for the longest time as kids we would refuse to eat off of any utensil that was not a spork.

 Lastly on my altar I put this crane she made for me for my birthday since its always been special to me.
